Student Advisory Systems / Counseling

Students’ services and welfare policies of the university are targeted at young people who need special support and assistance, who seek help and advice, or who are in serious difficulties. Students seeking help of any kind are offered counseling and guidance by the office of the Director of Students Welfare with a help of a qualified professional counselor. This approach will help to prevent violence / ragging in the campus. Moren over, with the help of the departments, each student is assigned to a member of the staff who will be his/her advisor. The function of the advisor is to guide & counsel the students periodically to help them to set their goals. Students Welfare Department will co-ordinate the entire activities and provides training for advisors. Contact Director for more details.
